What is the maximum capacity per tent?
Each tent accommodates up to 4 people.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome, as long as they sleep in their own bed (please bring it) and remain fully the guest's responsibility: their care, behavior and any damage they cause. There may be other dogs and animals in the area, so please keep your pet supervised at all times. Let us know in your booking message if you're bringing one.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, all tents have WiFi. There is also good mobile data coverage in the area.
How do I get there?
We are in the Trancura River area, 12 km from the center of Pucón. The day before your arrival we email you the exact location with detailed directions.
