1. Booking and payments
- Your booking is confirmed by paying 50% of the total online (deposit). If you arrive within 7 days, you pay 100% when booking.
- The balance (remaining 50%) is paid online the day before check-in, with a link we email you. If it can't be paid in time, it is paid at check-in.
- While you pay, your dates are held for 1 hour. If payment isn't completed in that time, the booking is released.
- Payments are processed through Flow (credit or debit card, or bank transfer). Prices in Chilean pesos (CLP).
2. Cancellation policy
Deadlines are counted up to check-in time on your arrival day (3:00 pm, Chile time). The percentage applies to the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

- Refunds deduct the fee charged by the payment processor (Flow).
- To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or reply to any of our emails. We'll confirm the cancellation and the refund amount by email.
- Refunds are made within the following 10 business days, to the same payment method or by bank transfer.
- Leaving before the end of your stay does not entitle you to a refund for unused nights.
3. Date changes
- You can change your booking dates once, free of charge, if you ask 7 days or more before check-in.
- The new date must be within the following 6 months and is subject to availability.
- If the new stay costs more, the difference is added to the balance. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
- A booking that has changed dates keeps the cancellation policy based on its new dates.
4. Cancellation by the glamping
If we must cancel your booking due to force majeure (for example, extreme weather, volcanic alerts or road closures), we will offer you a date change or a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article 3 bis of Chilean Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Protection, we inform you that the right of withdrawal (derecho a retracto) does not apply to bookings made on this website. Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy in section 2.
6. Your stay
- Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Maximum 4 guests per tent. Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. No smoking inside the tents.
- Pets: welcome, as long as they sleep in their own bed and remain fully the guest's responsibility, including their care, behavior and any damage they cause. There may be other dogs and animals in the area; the glamping is not responsible for incidents between animals.
- By booking you accept the house rules.
